About Suzie

I've Always Lived
at the Intersection

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the places where systems meet — where Eastern meets Western, where ancient meets modern, where the science of the body meets the mystery of the soul. That pull is not incidental to my work. It is my work.

My path has been an integration, not a straight line. A Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University. A Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Licensure as an acupuncturist, then as a therapist. Certification as a colorpuncturist — the only one in Colorado. Along the way, a deepening study of astrology, numerology, and sacred geometry as the underlying languages of pattern, meaning, and healing.

The Philosophy

True healing happens when every layer of your being is honored — body, mind, energy, and soul.

The word Animus is Latin for soul, spirit, and the animating force of life. It is also the Jungian archetype of the deep self — the inner figure that bridges the conscious and unconscious. This practice was named for exactly that: the belief that you cannot fully heal one part of yourself without honoring the whole.
